Nature Question...What kind of Snake is this?

It looks similar (but on the small side, perhaps a juvenile?) to the blue racer which we have in Michigan. These are of of the species Coluber Constrictor (These are not true constrictors.), and there are several subspecies, including oaxaca, which does live in México, although I do not know if its range includes Guerrero.
Perhaps Wil Mertz can make a positive ID for us.
