Playa El Palmar damages

I unfortunately don't speak Spanish. Can I assume part of that video they were showing and talking about the Pacifica? The year we went down and they had put in the stumps I thought WTF. Then another year they were adding to their so called beach by the inlet area and I thought ~~~. But they had to add more beach to make room for the high paying Aqua buyers. It'll be interesting to see what it's like In Jan. if we ever get airfare booked. It's our last year there and we're hoping to book at least 2 days in a Zihua. hotel to get a better feel for that area. Owning a time share has forced us to save the money to go as we pretty much book our room for the next year while we are there. I am afraid after this year vacation will tend to get put on the back burner.
