Thanks for the photos of the dearly-loved and now departed La Madera tree. It's gonna hurt something awful when next I pass by there. It was a true marvel how that tree held on so long.

I enjoyed the rest of the pics and your commentary, too. There's been a lot of work going on along the La Ropa road since the spring!
