Dogs on the Beach

People who don't clean up make all dog owners look bad!

What we do is walk up to the owners and offer them a bag to clean up with. "I have an extra-you must have run out/forgot yours." Non confrontational, and almost always effective.

Were the doggie cops still demanding paper work?
