Budgies on La Ropa

An odd sight today on La Ropa: someone brought a large cage, containing two budgies, right down to the water's edge, where they enjoyed the ocean breezes for at least an hour.
Apparently, budgies like the beach as much as anyone else.
I didn't ask if they were "service budgies" - and I suppose as long as they poop in their cage, who's gonna complain?
