Already missing Zihua

Well, OK, I live in the other most beautiful place in the world. This is my tiny mountain town

It is on the outskirts of Banff National Park, Canada's version of Yosemite. It's mind boggling beautiful and...blah blah blah. I love it but I would really love to find a way to enjoy our fantasmagoric summers with Zihua winters.

As a teaser, I spent the month of October photographing the moose rut. While normally solitary animals I have one image - the moosapalooza with 4 moose in a single frame. Another has my rear view mirror totally filled with a cow moose that took an interest in me.

Another day I photographed two grizzlies jaw to jaw.

C'mon, it's like visual crack for the soul.
