La Ropa Changes

For at least the past several years, there has been an area, just south of La Perla, and north of Casa de Pajaros, that has had rental blue shade structures, tables and chairs. The bus people use them and during the holidays, many other people. There were a LOT of them.
Over the last couple of days, the metal frameworks have been removed from the beach, as well as the blue shade fabric. As of this morning, the chairs were still there.
Could this be part of "certifying" the beach? Where will tourists go now? The site also had several trash cans, rare on La Ropa, and they are no longer there.
