This is really disturbing me. One of the reasons we picked Zihua As a place to spend 3 months was because of its dog Friendliness. I talked to lots of people who were there with their dogs last March. I did my research. This is really making me re-think and question our decision. We have invited family and friends to spend a little time with us so we could share Zihua with them.
Feeling sad and frustrated.
