La Ropa

We've been here 6 weeks now, and haven't taken our dogs to the beach when the doggie cops were on duty.
Leashed up with bags, do you think we'll be harassed, or ignored? The girls really want to sit behind our beach chairs in the afternoon, but we don't want any hassles at all.
