Happy New Year. One of my resolutions this year is to give credit where credit is due and Luis Alberto & staff at Coco Bahia are on the top of the list.
I had lunch there the other day on my way to work as skipper on the Picante Catamaran.
Luis Alberto had his chef whip up a delicious order of Quesadillas with shrimp with a delicious red sauce accompanied by a lovely fresh salad with oil and vinegar dressing. The dish was exquisite.
Coco Bahia provides the snacks served on Picante's day excursions and Sunset trips and the passengers always respond favorably when asked about the fair.
Coco Bahia gets my vote as one of the best restaurants in Zihuatanejo.
