Beach Patrol/Dog Cops

We are arriving on 2/12. Because of dog ban we are only staying 4 nights, then off to Troncones for 10. I'm curious what time we should walk the beast before the Doggie Cops show up. We normally walk him in the morning and again at sunset. We enter at Elvira's. Do they patrol everyday?
