Any word on the status of the land at the point, just past EFB's father's place, that was posted as belonging to the Federal government and/or the Mexican Navy?
Just by looking at the fence placed there it looks like it's been divided into Zona Federal and Propiedad de la Armada de México. Locals are keeping an eye on it to make sure no one tries to do anything with it since we believe it should remain undeveloped.
