On La Ropa proper. I think Dona Prudencia has the most interesting food. Nice wine, too. If you want to eat in bare feet, consider Elvira's or Paty's and order grilled whole snapper to share and a flamed dessert.
Either way, end the evening with a quiet walk on the beach. Try to ignore the lights at Viceroy.
