Treat Yourself to a Meal at El Arrayan!

I'm not a fan of TripAdvisor. It's a little like reading other people's tweets - mostly mindless nonsense.
HOWEVER - I did check TripAdvisor a couple of weeks ago, when I learned a friend had reviewed a local Zihua restaurant.
While surfing, I decided to check what the Great Unwashed had to say about Salvador's - one of our long-time Zihua favourites. What a shock to find it is CLOSED. Odd, since we'd just eaten there a day before.
Long story short, I decided to actually post a review of Salvador's, in the hopes my review would "activate" its status. No such luck. I exchanged several increasingly nasty e-mails with the geniuses at TripAdvisor, noting that a small restaurant like Salvador's could really be hurt as a result of their error.
(TripAdvisor even requested that I provide Salvador's website address!! I told them they were living on another planet.)
That was about 10 days ago. But, according to TripAdvisor, Salvador's is still CLOSED.

P.S. I've always called him "Mauricio". Isn't that his name?

Yes, Mauricio is the owner of El Arrayan. I keep meaning to get his place listed, so someone remind me if I don't get it up soon. Mauricio and his restaurant are part of the best of Zihuatanejo.

TripAdvisor is nothing but a sham. Everyone gets an "award" so they'll put TA's link on their website and help TripAdvisor beat everyone else in Google search results. It's an old trick. Their ONLY interest is selling vacation packages. They COPIED content from me then banned me from their forums for recommending that content thanks to complaints from that lying fraud TravelJudy, who badmouths businesses on TA that don't pay her a percentage. Don't waste your time there. We'll drum up plenty of customers for Mauricio's El Arrayan right here!
