Carnaval CANCELLED

Apparently due to corruption and ineptitude this year's Carnaval has been cancelled.
I can't say as I'm surprised. But it's a damn shame not just for the public and our visitors looking forward to seeing it but also for all the people who work so hard to participate in it.
Maybe next year after the elections we'll have a better municipal government, though the way things are going it looks like another shameless crook just may become mayor.
Did someone say something about a revolución?
