I have used Dollar for the last 5 or so trips with no issues. I always walk with the agent and video/photo the car condition before I leave the lot.

I used to use my credit card insurance, but in recent years decided it was worth it to just get the coverage from the rental company. I didn't think the money was worth ruining a vacation if I had to waste days and confusion trying to settle an accident.
