A 2o IMSS facility would have significantly more advanced technique like for neonatal, stroke and cardiac care. Does Acapulco have a 1o IMSS facility?
A doctor practicing in a basic IMSS 3o (periferico) would be able to answer these questions. unfortunately the nearest is a long way from here.
