It's currently raining nice and easy in Zihuatanejo. Started about 2 hours ago. It's predicted to rain most of the weekend. This will probably muddy up the bay and the coastline for a few days. Just when we'd gotten a clean bill of health regarding our water quality at our local beaches. Oh well. It'll probably run off some of our tourists, though. But as long as we don't get a deluge it'll make for great sleeping weather.

Still seeing a good number of foreigners in the area as well as some middle-class Mexican tourists, though the majority continue being either the all-inclusive tourists in Ixtapa or the charter bus day trippers.
