I heard that when you change your address , you should change the address at immigration, drivers licence, and your Inapam card. Going to the new location for Inapam they said that they wouldnt change the address. As a senior I have to have the correct address on the Inapam card to get the seniors discount for the property taxes at the end of the year. What or where can I get the address changed

We get the INAPAM discount every year and we got our card in Tepic, Nayarit 5 years ago.
You do have to change your address at immigration.

Just checked our drivers licenses. There is not an address on them.

No, to change your INAPAM address , it has to be at the INAPAN office, not Immigration office

That is correct, as I stated above.
Addresses are not on driver's licenses issued here, nor do they ask for one. Just proof that you live in the municipality. We got ours last week.
Our INAPAM cards, issued in Tepic, Nayarit, simply state the municipality of Zihuatanejo, Guerrero.
IMN, at least used to require you to change your address. Someone has stated below that this is no longer the case. When we did it, it was simple and easy.
Once your INAPAM discount is in the system for property taxes, at least in our case, it reappears every year automatically. We always take all of our paperwork and cards along just in case. Haven't needed anything but a smile.

Immigration told me it was not necessary a couple of weeks ago when I did a change of address.

Hmmm. This is odd. I was informed by the Mexican immigration lawyer that you should notify immigration within 90 days if you change your address. Gotta' love Mexico!
