So there was a big bust here recently, for those of you interested. The Navy caught a passing boat with 99 packages with around 3,634 kilos of cocaine. Someone's holiday season just got ruined. I hope no violence breaks out like the last time there was a big bust several years back and grenades started getting tossed around.

So life has returned to "normal". No big crowds. Not too noisy. More absolutely picture postcard perfect weather. Lots of happy people walking slowly and greeting friends and neighbors. Often smiling for no apparent reason. Ahhh, yes!

Casa Ki at Playa Troncones is a place I can't recommend enough. This is the kind of place that instantly starts regenerating you, especially if you've just arrived from a hectic and noisy city. And Troncones is a place where you can easily slide into the local rhythm

Calm has returned to the Pacific Ocean along the Costa Grande of Guerrero. After days of no clouds, these turned up this morning. What a surprise! No rain, though.
