Question? Now there are new regulations that ex pats have to apply for a tax number. I rent so I have no bills to show. How do these new regulations apply to me and what can I do to comply?

Thank you. It did explain a lot but didn't answer my question about renters? I rent, therefore I don't have any bills to show them and what if you just travel around the country and don't have any address?
