Guerrero's health officials confirm 2 currently active cases of Covid-19 in Zihuatanejo, 1 in Petatlán, 61 in Acapulco, and 144 in the entire state. It's getting to where this is hardly worth mentioning here every day.

It looked like it wanted to rain this Sunday evening, but no such luck. The weather can be such a tease. The ocean continues cooling ever so slowly, helping to keep our local temps mild. Was that sea fog or smoke we had along the coast this morning? It enshrouded the hill at La Ropa. It also looks like we've either had some fires in region or else the pollution from the Petacalco power plant is reaching us again, because there's been quite a bit of smoke in the air, the two recent fires near Las Salinas notwithstanding. But this Sunday was still a beautiful day, and our visitors sure seem to be enjoying our perfect weather.
