Dryer sheets or bounce?

Want to buy what I call dryer sheets like the product bounce to put between clothes for storage during the rainy season to lessen the chance for mold. Would like to buy locally in the next few days . Appreciate info on where to buy in Zihua, did not find it in Sorianna. Gracias

Do they actually prevent mildew? I've read that they only mask the smell.
I don’t know. I heard they help so I use them to store my clothes.

At Soriana, go to the laundry supplies aisle, walk to the end toward the back of the store, and they are on the right-hand side by the fabric softeners.

Do what you want, but be aware of this:
Almost all dryers—both electric and gas-powered—have a cycle that promises to prevent overdrying of clothes by detecting moisture levels and turning off the cycle when the load is dry. The cycle operates using an electronic moisture sensor that is embedded in the dryer drum.
Dryer sheets can cause the electronic moisture sensor to become coated with chemical residue. The coating prevents the sensor from working correctly and can cause your clothing to overdry (and increase your utility costs). If you use dryer sheets, locate the sensor and use a cotton ball or swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean it once a month.

Don t have a dryer or need one, God created a great one in the sky. My post had to do with storing clothes NOT drying them ,

At Casa Amarilla all our clothes were stored in a well-sealed closet for longer periods. On the floor I placed a bowl, above which was a container with a product that attracts moisture and lets it flow into the bowl below. I don't recall the name, but it looks like cat litter. I bought it at Mega. This worked very well, no mold or odor.
