Sotavento construction
Is the 6 man crew still making progress at the Sotavento? While there this past winter I saw the crew working 6 days a week and wonder if that is still going on. It would be wonderful to fix this eyesore.

I’ve heard they will be fully open by the end of the year. Of course, they have been saying that for the past three years. We were there in November and again in February. There was actually visible progress. My bet is that they are years away from finishing, assuming that they don’t run out of $$ like the two previous developers did

6 men will never get it done. They will start repairs before they get finished. Over the years I have considered the process Entertainment. Did anyone see their beach club Yoga instructor this high season? What building?

In reference the yoga instructor and building, are you talking about the foundation or the superstructure.

We think yoga was up at the street level in what we call the sales room, but absolutely no guarantees.

We walk by every morning 6 days a week, early. Then we paddle by about 8ish and check things out.
There is always some work going on. In the last week or two, they have added, what we are calling the pool room, added the glass entry doors and painted the walls white.
In the last few months they have added what appears to be a large circular staircase heading toward the beach.
We want the project to finish because it will be wonderful if it does. Location and all that jazz. Very few workers, but kind of struggling along all the time.
