Looking for technical assistance with email addresses

Looking for technical assistance here in Zihua to configure email addresses on two Iphones . English proficiency would help.
Had a hard drive replaced on a lap top in Zihua a month ago that resulted in a password change. I have not been able to configure the phones myself with the new passwords to send or receive emails.

I’m guessing this is a non iCloud account. Go to settings on the iPhone, scroll down to mail, open mail in settings and hit add new account.
