Tranquilo el Flujo de ViZIHtantes
Quite a few visitors are currently in town. It looks like vacation season is underway. Expect it to continue getting more crowded, peaking between the 15th until the 2nd of January.
Santa Claus is currently outside my window in Plaza del Artista entertaining a large gathering of children, and in front of our home a rather sizeable parade of children in costumes are marching along with another Santa Claus. Quite a lovely night to live downtown and to be able to enjoy all this within the comfort of our home. The kids are having a great time, locals and visitors are walking around smiling, the restaurants are full of happy diners, and that is what this place is all about!
We made our reservations for Nochebuena with Joaquín at La Porteña Restaurant. He was going to close, but we convinced him to open, but that means some of you have to come dine there the evening of Nochebuena, too. He mentioned something about there being quality mezcal available. Mmmmmmm! Hope to see some of you there!

Cooler water has been moving into the bay. For those of us who live close to the water that means we get to enjoy somewhat cooler nights for sleeping. Loving every second of it!
