Immigration counsel

In English the word ‘counsel’ as a noun generally means lawyer//attorney. ‘Consul’ means diplomatic representative. Neither are found at the airport. I lost my tourist form once and had to wait 45 minutes while I was processed, perhaps by Immigration authorities. You go through customs at the airport and probably immigration. The immigration office in Zihuatanejo is at Heroico Colegio Militar No. 115, Col. Center. This is where you apply for Temporary or Permanent Residency.
