Today was a big day for children in Zihuatanejo and throughout Mexico for Día de los Reyes Magos. Everywhere children were sporting their newly received gifts such as toys and clothing. Did you enjoy your Rosca de los Reyes Magos? (We sure did!) Who got a baby Jesús? (I did!)

The crowds continue to thin out as the number of people leaving exceeds the number arriving on this final weekend of the holiday vacation season. The increase in foreigners present in the region also continues.

Absolutely picture-postcard-perfect weather this Saturday saw lots of people out'n'about, going to and from the area's beaches, shops and restaurants. Smiling faces everywhere. There's no better place to be (for us, anyway)!
