Some Similares have doctors next door - no appt, just wait for the people there befoer you.

We like the one next door to the OXXO across the street from the Mercado. There is a male and a female, he speaks decent English, has been there for years, and does our proof of life forms every two years. They have also take care of other little things. too.
Many pharmacies have them right next door, they are inexpensive and real doctors. Just show up and wait. If the line is long, walk another block and find another one.
