Catalina renovations?

I was sent a copy of what appears to be a Facebook post from a former Catalina employee. With my imperfect Spanish, it appears they are closed (or may be closing) for renovations reopening in July. (The translation says next July, but I bet this is wrong) Does anyone know what’s going on?

Saw an ad saying they would be closed for renovations the month of June.
The regular guy is out raking the beach at 6am still, and the lounge chairs are still in place on the sand.
