Visitors enjoyed a picture-postcard-perfect day in Zihuatanejo. The clouds blew away and the sun came out to dry everything out and make for perfect beach weather. Immediately tents and umbrellas started popping up on the downtown beach as families from landlocked cities warmed their tootsies in our golden sand.

Danzón dancers are gracing Plaza del Artista with their lovely music and graceful dance style this Friday evening. Something more and more people are coming to watch and participate in. It's lovely to watch and fun to learn.

There is an LGBTQ+ celebration tonight at the museum along with a parade. It sounded like quite a party a little while ago. Lots of people are downtown at the moment, some celebrating one thing, others another (it's also Día del Abogado and there are lots of school graduation celebrations). It's definitely a fun night to be out and about among all the people, lots of locals and visitors having a good time, and that's what it's all about.

Don't forget to come to the Eco-Tianguis Sanka this Saturday morning between 9 and 1:30. They've got some interesting things scheduled, and they always have delicious food and drinks as well as interesting arts and crafts.

Muchos pescadores llegan a Playa Principal en la bahía de Zihuatanejo al amanecer después de pescar toda la noche mientras otros se preparan para salir.
