Just wondering how to pay for my Capaz bill do you have to go to the office in Centro or can payments be made at Oxxo or at any bank. TIA
Their office. It can be done at a particular bank, but it's involved. Just cruise by their monthly. You can put a bunch of money down, but they won't generate a bill until you owe them money again. And, at least every 18 months, something goes wrong with our bill and we get seriously overcharged. If you get it corrected before paying it, no problem. If you pay it then question it you are out of luck.

They won't. Mexican cards only, but a Mexican debit card will work.
Bummer. I like visiting the office anyway.....
