Appointments at Immigration Office

Hi!
Has anyone sucessfully made an appointment online for the Zihua Immigration office? They dont let you walk in anymore ..instead they tell you to go the webpage and make an appointment. For the life of me...I cannot get an appointment made on that site. Anyone know any secrets? My friend tried quite a long time and eventually had to hire an attorney and pay $400 usd for a procedure they had done easily by themselves in previous years. Once inside I am capable (ie, I speak good enough spanish) of getting what I want done...at least I used to be able to.
What I get stuck on in the site is ...I got to the link to make an appointment and then it asked for my ..Numero de piezas? My state...ie, GRO, my birthdate, and then my document number? I have no idea what they mean by numero de piezas or numero de documento? Ive never been given a document number..as Im just trying to make an appointment!!! argghh...
