An uptick in humidity makes it feel warmer than it is. This Saturday's high reached 30°C, which is plenty warm, borderline hot. Great for my skin! The sun is now in the sky for a little more than 12 hours as the days continue getting longer. The water temperature continues to be quite warm at around 27.7°C.

The downtown beach was full of visitors today, many who were still enjoying the beach after the sun set when we strolled by. Smiles everywhere! The pier was full of people returning from Las Gatas. More happy faces. Several restaurants were quite busy, mostly full of extranjeros enjoying our exquisite local fare. So nice to see all our visitors having such a good time. This is what Zihuatanejo's all about!

Beginning this coming July 4, Volaris will begin flying between Zihuatanejo and Morelia. A shame they're waiting until then. Lots of people here would fly back and forth to Morelia now if they could.

Zihuatanejo's 2025 Carnaval dates have been set for March 14 - 16. I'll post more details on my Community Notices & Events when they're made available.
