How are you transferring money from a Canadian bank to Intercam?

When I checked three weeks ago, it was not possible to transfer funds out of my Intercam account to my bank in Alaska but it was possible to transfer to another bank within Mexico. I am hoping that Intercam does not crash and burn from this embargo.

I found this "fairly fresh" article on the subject.
Mexico News Daily
Heard a rumor from some local folks (Troncones) that a friend of a friend was able to use Wise to transfer money into Intercam.
Just tried my own Wise transfer test with a resounding failure.
"We cannot send to this recipient
We currently can not support payments to this bank. We are working to resolve this issue."
I can't help but think that Intercam will lose more than a few customers while this is getting worked through.

The situation is different for Canadians but this easiest way that also works for americans is to get your bank to convert your dollars to pesos and then do the transfer. It does work this way. Aside this method, you need to use a third party to be the in-between like Wise, Remety, etc...

I’ve been using successfully XE for the last 4-5 years now, to transfer from my Canadian bank to my personal (not commercial) Intercam account. It takes 4-6 days usually.
Above 1,000 CAD$ amount, there’s no transfer fee (still an exchange fee though). Anyway the transfer fee is just 5$.
To transfer to a commercial Intercam account (HOA for example), I can’t do it online, I need to call their 800 number.
