Are the movie theatres in Zihua or Ixtapa. Hoping to see the latest Avatar movie.
Are the American movies dubbed or are they with Spanish subtitles?
Any info much appreciated

Have you tried Cinépolis?
YES!!! We have Cinemex, a fabulous 6 screen venue. It gets all the latest and greatest releases, often a couple of days before the US.
The only issue is that you have to check DAILY to see when the English movies are. Occasionally a movie we really want to see will be listed as Espanol, only to show up as translated mid day on the day it is being shown
IF it is being shown in English, it is Spanish subtitled. Occasionally like now, a great flick, like Avator, won't appear in English, at least yet.
Cost?? Two senior tickets are 134 pesos, and the popcorn, OMG the popcorn!! We get half caramel and half regular, 110 pesos.
Can you tell we go all the time???
