One of the best mole in the region but only made twice a week. This is one of these hole in the wall type of place but very popular with the locals.

I have not had the opportunity to try the restaurant. However, from Centro, take the combi labeled Coacoyul/Aeropuerto. Should be MXN$19 pesos or maybe less. (As of this post, it was MXN$19 pesos all the way to the airport.) Sounds like a trip is in order for Yours Truly. I am a big fan of mole. Almost always, they will separate the mole from the pollo.

Is this the place on the highway with a swimming pool the diners can use?
