After delighting in the sound of the surf while sleeping last night, we awoke to another morning of cool temperatures and absolutely clear skies. Haven't even seen a wisp of a cloud all day. Nothing but a sunny blue sky from horizon to horizon.

I hope at least some of you who are here visiting enjoyed pozole today for your comida. We had ours delivered to us by our friends at La Jaiba Feliz. It came with all the fixings, and it was absolutely delicious! Good'n'good for ya!

Decorations are going up all over town for the upcoming Carnaval with a movie theme this year. The fun begins on Friday evening of next week with the crowning of the Reina del Carnaval and the rest of the "royalty" at the Cancha Municipal.

This Saturday the Guitarfest gets underway for a full week. You can find all the details on their website and Facebook page that I've linked to from my Community Notices & Events page.

It was WONDERFUL running into John & Wendy and their friends this evening. John is involved with FIFA and CONCACAF, so he's especially busy this year. If you see this, I look forward to seeing you again before you go!

For Formula 1 racing fans, Mexico's Checo Pérez will be back in business this weekend driving a brand new Cadillac Formula 1 car in Australia. The first practice is this evening, so I'm outta here!
