Robbery at gunpoint in colectivo
Our housekeeper was robbed yesterday, Sunday, March 15th, at around 10 a.m. while riding in a colectivo near the Pacifica Hotel. She was on her way to the grocery store when two armed men boarded and robbed everyone. It’s incredibly unfortunate and sad that this happened to her and to all of the victims.

Do you mean the Pacífica Resort at the southernmost end of Playa El Palmar or the Hotel Dorado Pacífico near the middle of Playa El Palmar?
This is an extremely rare event here. The robbers were probably tourists themselves.
