Computer recycling?

When I have electronic “waste”, including spent batteries, they go into my luggage to take north foe recycling there.

I'm interested in recycling a laptop. Ciudad PC told
me they don't. Any ideas, apart from the garbage truck?

I believe someone at the Eco-Tianguis "Sanka" does this. I've seen it announced from time to time.
