In your dreams. Nothing visible going on, but the Closure notices are down, so they must have paid their property taxes. We have heard hammering once or twice this summer.
Would love to see it completed, it's a great location. At least it is no longer an eyesore.

I heard "news" that yet another investor group has purchased it and that they plan to start working on their iteration of the project soon. Supposedly everyone who had purchased units there previously have been bought out. I don't know anymore than that but there may be some changes coming soon. We can only hope that something tasteful and in line with our community gets built there and that it ceases to be a blight.

It's true. Talked to guy we know at Soriana this morning, Money is being returned in installments, he has already received two, right on schedule. If you want to stay in, the cost per square foot has risen, so you owe, and furnishings are no longer included.
He is impressed by the new group, but who knows? Cross our fingers for success.
