The guy selling them said people buy them for home consumption, but they're not served in restaurants. Anyone seen them on a menu?

Those are beautiful - where they at the market or down by the pier where the commercial fisherman bring in their catch? Keep the pics coming. Five more days for us Minnesotians, can't wait!
