Isla Ixtapa

Take the Peta bus into town get off at sam's club. Then look for the Playa Linda bus. It will take you to playa Linda [last stop] for 9 pesos-ish.

On the return take same bus get off at the Casista just past City hall [munisipal build][sp] cross the road and get the "peta" bus going out of town.

We like to fish for a few hours enroute to Isla Ixtapa and have El Indio cook some of our catch while we snorkel at Playa Coral. Email me if you'd like contact info for the panga we use.

I am looking for info on how to get to Isla Ixtapa from Zihua, and any recommendations on what to do there. I would prefer to take the water taxi from Playa Linda, but I am not sure where Playa Linda is and I am not familiar with how to find the water taxi.

I am actually coming from Barra de Potosi, and I am assuming that I need to take the bus into Z, and then catch the micro to Playa Linda. If there is a way to bypass Z and go straight to Playa Linda, that might be helpful. If no bypss option then how do I find the correct micro that goes to Playa Linda?
