There aren't any of those Self-Storage type facilities here, as you find in the US.
It seems that you would have to find a private person who has a safe and secure extra space on their property, that your items would fit in, and would be willing to rent it out.

A second option, may be to just rent a very small "local".
Probably off of the "beaten path", to get a more economical rate.
In the various "colonias", I would suspect something like that can be found.
If you're not up on your espanol, bring someone with you that is.
