Z Day to Remember

First off, we want to thank everyone for the kind anniversary wishes. Lupita and I truly appreciate them.

Second, we'd also like to thank my mother for dinner at the Kau-Kan. What a wonderful much appreciated present!

And third, we'd like to thank Chef Ricardo and the staff at the Kau-Kan restaurant for their impeccable service, delicious mojitos and an unforgettable mouth-watering meal! Everything was simply perfect! WOW!

Lupita and I almost feel guilty for sharing so much love and happiness with each other in a world where apparently such simple things appear to be in terribly scarce supply. Enjoying 24 years of blissful honeymoon seems so easy to us, yet most folks seem so sad and unhappy (or only pretending to be happy) for the lack of what we seem to enjoy in abundance. We can only hope that what we have rubs off on others, and we will continue to try to share our "wealth" as best we can (though I'll be the first to admit my lovely wife does a much better job of it than I do).

Even the sky put on a spectacular show for our evening at the Kau-Kan, with a threatening bruised sky of a passing cold front that surprisingly never rained a drop. It was a sight to behold, as was my blushing bride in her new gown specially made for the ocassion.
