Warning to dog owners (again)

Dog owners, be aware that someone is still paying good money to regulators to harrass people walking on La Ropa with their pets. This morning there was a gentleman in uniform sitting at the far south end. We encountered him when we went up to the little store to get a banana. He asked us for our papers (not very politely) and seemed quite disappointed when we produced them. I think you can avoid him quite easily by not using that entrance to the beach.
