Troncones for one night worth the effort?

My next trip in a couple of weeks will be for two weeks stay. I enjoy a terrific location at Madera beach, and of course I have paid for the entire stay.

My question is this - would it be worth staying a night at Troncones, given that I would be somewhat wasting my nights payment for the Madera condo?

I have gone to Troncones for day trips but not really explored it. And, I would have to take a bus in both directions. Still, if there is some good reason, a fabulous nightlife or such, it might be worth it?

Come to think of it, maybe someone has other suggestions for a one-night visit?
