Pollo?

When the kids were young, Pollo Locos was their favourite restaurant. The boys would have two orders of the chicken and ribs. Any thoughts on what the best chicken place might be now? Also, what about take home chicken, as my son, girl friend and family will be renting a condo. Thanks for all your help (as usual)

Unless they closed since summer...Pollo Loco is still in Colonia Limon. We eat there occasionally. Pollo Feliz as well as the rotisserie chicken is good to go.

Pollo Loco is still open. I was by there today. El Meson de Don Chon is also a good place for chicken.

My vote is for El Meson de Don Chon. It's on Rob's restaurant page.

You would think all roast chicken would be pretty much alike, but they have some secret marinade that is positively dynamite.

BobM is right. The best charcoal-broiled take-home chicken anywhere!! Also try their deep-roasted, carmelized onions. Yum!
