La Ropa update: no sun, no dogs

The unseasonable weather continues, morning drizzle today followed by overcast, again. Mild temperatures keep beer colder, longer, but would gladly trade for sun. In fours days of La Ropa walks have seen exactly one dog, and it was leashed. Quick scan of beach just now showed no, zero, nada dogs. If there is a regulation against dogs this just might be the best obeyed law in Mexican history.
