Wooden hand painted plates & bowls
Hello,
I bought a colourful Manuel Vargas wooden hand painted plate years ago when I was on holiday in Ixtapa, Mexico. Does anyone have contact details for them? I'd really love to write to them and order more pieces from them.

Yes, I visited his workshop on Cinco de Mayo just last month. So many lovely plates, bowls, and more. I have no idea how to contact him from a distance; perhaps others will post a suggestion. There is currently one of his plates depicting a wedding on eBay.

If it's the guy I'm thinking of, he is in the first booth of the artisan market going away from the water. The guy I'm thinking of is short and round. He wasn't there last year and his son said that he was currently splitting his time between Zihuatanejo and (I think) Guadalajara. There ws still a lot of his work there, I have no idea how you would contact him though.
